How Sweet Indulgence handles website inquiry information.
This notice explains how information submitted through the Sweet Indulgence website is used and processed. It applies to the online inquiry form and the direct email and telephone contact options provided on the site.

Information customers provide
The online inquiry form may collect:

Customers should avoid including unnecessary sensitive information about themselves or other people in an inquiry.
Technical and security information
Hosting systems may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, request headers, and timing when someone visits the site or submits an inquiry.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps identify automated or abusive submissions. It may process technical browser, device, and network information and may use cookies or similar browser storage as part of security verification. The verification token is used for the security check and is not included in the owner notification email.
How information is used
Sweet Indulgence may use inquiry information to:
- Review and respond to a request
- Discuss availability and order details
- Evaluate design, servings, timing, and fulfillment
- Manage potential or accepted orders
- Prevent misuse of the inquiry form

Services involved
Several services support the website and its contact options:
- Vercel hosts and operates the website.
- Cloudflare Turnstile provides abuse-prevention verification.
- Resend processes the owner-notification email.
- Rushele’s email provider receives and stores delivered inquiry messages.
- A customer’s own email or telephone provider processes communication when direct-contact links are used.
Storage and retention
Sweet Indulgence does not keep a separate website database copy of an inquiry. Inquiry information is processed temporarily by the website and may remain in Resend’s systems, Rushele’s email mailbox, email backups, hosting records, and related service-provider systems.
Inquiry correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage potential or accepted orders, maintain appropriate business records, and resolve questions or disputes.
Sharing and disclosure
Inquiry information may be available to:
- Rushele
- Providers operating the website, security verification, and email-delivery process
- Other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the business, or resolve misuse or disputes
Customer choices and requests
Customers may contact Sweet Indulgence through the published email address to ask what inquiry information is still reasonably available, request a correction, or request deletion where reasonably possible.

Some information may need to remain for ongoing or completed orders, appropriate business records, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or provider-controlled retention. Sweet Indulgence cannot guarantee deletion from backups or third-party systems.

Sweet Indulgence uses reasonable measures designed to limit access to and protect inquiry information. No website, email transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
