Sweet Indulgence creates custom cakes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, and other desserts for celebrations, weddings, and events. Share your date, dessert type, and vision through a custom order inquiry, and Rushele will follow up to discuss details and availability.

How it works
A clear path from inquiry to fulfillment.
Each request is reviewed individually so the date, design, availability, and fulfillment details can be discussed before the order is accepted.
Share your date and vision
Tell Sweet Indulgence about the occasion, needed-by date, dessert category, estimated quantity or servings, theme, colors, and any Gallery work you would like to use as inspiration.
Discuss details and availability
Rushele reviews the request and follows up to discuss the design direction, order details, and availability for your date. Availability is not guaranteed until the request has been reviewed.
Approve the order and deposit
After the order details are discussed and accepted, a 50% deposit is required. The deposit is requested after acceptance—not when the inquiry is submitted.
Arrange fulfillment
Pickup, local delivery, or eligible shipping details are confirmed for the accepted order. Shipping is available only for select products.
Before you inquire
A few details help start the conversation.
You do not need every detail finalized. Share what you know and include the following where possible.
- Event or needed-by date
- Occasion and dessert category
- Estimated quantity or number of servings
- Theme, colors, and design direction
- Gallery references or other inspiration details
- Pickup, local delivery, or shipping interest
Use the Gallery as a starting point.
Gallery photographs show previous work and can be used for inspiration. Each order is discussed individually, so an exact recreation cannot be guaranteed.
Timing and availability
Earlier inquiries leave more room for planning.
Lead time varies by the order details and Rushele's schedule. About one week of notice is often preferred. Weddings, larger events, and other celebrations are welcomed for inquiry; availability depends on the date, scope, and schedule.
When a rush request can be accommodated, an additional fee may apply.
Inquiries are generally answered within 24 hours.
Fulfillment
Pickup, delivery, and select shipping are discussed with the order.
